Support Workers
Key workers, outreach teams, and support staff can refer people they are working with.
Probation Services
Probation officers can refer individuals leaving custody or on community orders.
Social Workers
Social workers can refer adults who need supported housing, including care leavers.
Families and Self-Referrals
Family members can refer a loved one, and individuals can also refer themselves directly.

How Referrals Work
From first contact to placement, here is what to expect.
Submit a Referral
Contact us through our enquiry form or email info@iicce.co.uk with details about the person who needs accommodation.
Assessment
We review the referral to assess suitability, looking at needs, risks, and whether our accommodation is the right fit.
Placement
If accepted, we arrange a property viewing, tenancy agreement, and initial support plan.
Ongoing Support
The resident receives structured support sessions, regular reviews, and progress tracking.
