A letter — for the families carrying this

A home.
For someone
you love.

Read on. We wrote this for you.

Dear reader,

f someone you love needs a home, and you’ve been carrying the weight of finding one, we wrote this for you. We’re IICCE. We take in adults who need support alongside their housing — people whose lives haven’t been easy — and we give them a real home. Not a placement. A home. With someone who knows their name. With a routine. With patience when the hard days come.

We won’t pretend it’s simple. But we’ll carry the piece of this that we can.

What we work to

Three
words.
Every day.

Not aspirations. The daily measure we hold ourselves to.

  1. Carewarm, patient, person-first. Every day.
  2. A real homea place to belong, not a placement to endure.
  3. Progressionconfidence rebuilt in small, steady steps.

What IICCE stands for

Five letters.
One
standard.

Behind the name — how we work, and what we work to.

  1. I Innovative We build new systems — documented procedures, measurable outcomes, modern technology — in a sector that has long resisted modernisation.
  2. I Inclusive Every resident is treated with dignity, regardless of background, history, or complexity of need. No one is turned away because they are difficult to house.
  3. C Conscientious We take our duty of care seriously. Every property, every policy, every placement is handled with diligence, attention to detail, and a written trail.
  4. C Compassionate We exist for vulnerable people. Empathy informs every decision — from the design of a room to how we speak with a tenant in crisis.
  5. E Exemplary We set the standard we want the sector to follow. If it is not exemplary, it is not finished.

Field notes — a week

Five weeks
to say hello
to the neighbour.

We noticed. We didn’t make a thing of it.

MonA knock at 7:45. Tea the way he likes it. A quiet walk to the corner shop, no particular errand.

WedShe said hello to the neighbour. It took five weeks to get here. We noticed. We didn’t make a thing of it.

FriA difficult afternoon. Somebody sat with him until it passed. No clock. No forms. Just sitting.

SunRoast, television, someone laughing at something. A normal Sunday. The kind you want for them.

A film from us — in their own words

Releasing very soon :)

Interviews with our team, the people who live with us, and what a day here really looks like.

A route, not a timetable

A route.
Not a
timetable.

We never rush anyone. The route is theirs to walk.

  1. Settling in

A safe room, a warm welcome, no pressure. Time to just be.

  2. Finding a rhythm

Meals, walks, small routines. Tiny anchors, quietly rebuilt.

  3. Speaking up

Telling us what they want. Choosing something just because.

  4. What comes next

Move-on plans, new skills, a path shaped around them.

Take the first step.

Leave your name and number. We’ll call you back.
